Just hours ago, Judge Melissa Jackson remanded Foxy Brown to the custody of the state – meaning she will be serving time for violating her probation. The rapper, who is three months pregnant, will be held at Rikers Island until her next hearing on Sept. 7th.

Brown’s troubles began last year with an incident at a beauty shop which lead to an assault charge, for which she was serving probation. However, two incidents in recent weeks violated the probation, which lead to Judge Jackson throwing her in jail.

According to TMZ, Foxy’s face was “priceless,” as she and her attorney had not expected jail time.
