The Blueprint Stays on Shelves

November 26th, 2001 | Author:

Demme Ulloa, who claims she contributed vocals to Jay Z's smash single "Izzo (H.O.V.A.)" without being rewarded or credited, has had her request to halt sales of the single and The Blueprint denied by Judge Barbara Jones of Manhattan's Southern District Court.

On the whole what this means is that Jigga's new album and the single will be allowed to remain in record stores while the hearing continues which is good news for Jay Z.
