California-based independent hip hop group Hieroglyphics will being their new clothing line this August, staring with Hiero Jeans for men. The first release consists of hand-numbered, limited edition, vintage indigo "Basic" style denim, which will initially be available only online.

Eventually, this will be followed by an organic jean, a resin-coated jean, a soft gray denim and an all-black formal "Phantom" jean.

"We can't keep our t-shirts and other Hiero paraphernalia on the shelves - it's time to offer fans more with high end, top-of-the-line 'fits." says Casual, member of Hieroglyphics and Conceptual Designer of Hiero Jeans. "We've received strong interest from buyers and stores all around the world. It's an exciting time!"

The jeans will be making their debut at the upcoming fall MAGIC convention in August. After that, they will be available internationally at exclusive boutiques, retail stores and online at www.hierojeans.com.

In addition to the jeans, Hiero has designed t-shirts and sweatshirts, and a women's line is coming in 2008.
