David Banner Auditions for New Batman Flick
Looks like David Banner's giving acing a shot, as the rapper/producer has auditioned for a role to the sequal of 2005's Batman Begins.
According to MTV News, Banner auditioned for the role of Gamble, a new villain that will be going toe to toe with Gotham City's finest. The Dark Knight, set to come out in 2008, is the second of the new Batman movies.
Should Banner land the role (he reportedly shaved his beard for the audition to better fit the character), it will be his third major film role. The Mississippi native debuted on the silver screen in this year's Black Snake Moan, and will appear alongside Chris Brown in the upcoming This Christmas.
