Jay-Z Throws Up More Red Tape for Sparks

In what is yet another chapter in the ugly crumbling of Roc-A-Fella, Def Jam President Jay-Z is reportedly throwing up more road blacks for former friend and labelmate Omillio Sparks.

Sparks album Payback, slated for release in May, has reportedly been halted in its release because it features appearences by Peedi Peedi and Freeway. The Philly rappers are featured in two songs on Payback, one of which reminisces on the times before Jay became "90210 Hov," according to Sparks.

Sparks makes it clear that he doesn't want to go the route of Jim Jones or Cam'Ron, but explains that Jay has left me no choice but to tell the truth about whats going on. I hear him boast about going to Africa and helping people out in crisis over there, and he has no idea what hes doing to artists careers and their livelihoods here in fuckin' America, hes deliberately doing things that make the streets question his credibility and his worthiness. I hate to say it but the boy has become the king of false hope. He has niggas on his label now, running around being soldiers for him. Look at that nigga Tru Life, hes making diss records and defending Hovs honor as a true friend would do, Hov wont do the same for that man thoughhell see.

Rumors also state the Jay has halted numerous other projects due to his supposed jump to Warner Brothers Music Group later in the year.
