Eminem is in talks to buy St. Andrew’s Hall, the concert venue which appeared in the movie 8 Mile, according to hnnlive.com.
The rapper is negotiating with Live
Nation (owner’s of the hall) to buy the venue. Live Nation was formerly
known as Clear Channel Entertainment and owns over 120 venues worldwide according to sources.

Eminem and his manager would
manage the operation while they retain current staff to handle to
the day-to-day operations of the venue according to the deal.
St. Andrew’s Hall is prominently featured in 8 Mile with
the battle scenes taking place in an area of the venue called “The
Shelter”
