Legal Aide Cleared of Eminem File Theft

A top legal aide of UK Prime Minister Tony Blair was cleared of stealing the governments personal file on rapper Eminem recently according to Allhiphop.com. Twenty-six-year-old Nichoas Smart, 26 works with Prime Minister Blair's private legal team according to sources.

Smarts house was raided for an unrelated incident but police found an extremely confidential Crown Prosecution Service on Eminem ne Marshall Mathers.

According to sources, the classified document contained information about UK government officials considering charging Eminem with inciting fans to take drugs during his UK tour in 2001. However, the prosecution of the rapper was never carried our.

Smart denied the charges of theft and told Londons Inner Court that he mistakenly took the file home and was afraid to return it.
