Bay Area Rapper Murdered

Another day, another person in hip hop passes away far before his time.

On Thursday (March 29), Bay Area rapper Johnny Ca$h (born Johnny Castaneda Jr.) passed away at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.

A resident to Richmond, CA; Castaneda was shot multiple times in the parkinglot of the Sereno Village Apartment complex where he had been staying with his wife, police said.

Ca$h was signed to Andre Mac Dre Hicks Thizz Entertainment imprint.
