Cleveland natives, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have announced a release date of April 17th for their studio album under Swizz Beatz’ Full Surface/Interscope imprint, entitled Strength and Loyalty.

Layzie Bone, Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone have enlisted Swizz Beatz, will.i.am, JD and Neo Da Matrix to handle the production while Akon, Bow Wow, The Game and Twista will make guest appearances.

The lead single is I Tried featuring Akon; followed by the Jermaine Dupri produced, Mariah Carey assisted Little Love.

Long time Bone fans will be pleased to hear a previously unreleased verse from Bone affiliate Flesh-N-Bone, who is currently locked up.

Bone isn’t the only group releasing an album in 2007.

After nearly three years since their last group effort, D-12 is finally ready to release their new (and possible final) album, Natural Born Killers.

After delays pending from the tragic loss of member Proof, the album is slated to be released June 19th.

Executive produced by Mr. Porter, guest appearances are said to be Obie Trice, Nate Dogg, Dina Rae, 50 Cent, Three 6 Mafia, Fat Killahz and Big Herk. With production coming Eminem, Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Kanye West, Hi-Tek, Swizz Beatz and J.R. Rotem.

The first single, which revolves around fans who are unhappy with Eminem and D-12’s most recent work, is set to hit the radio in April.

HipHopDX will keep you posted.
