Ludacris, who is riding high after his latest album, Release Therapy hit the top of the Billboard 200 will play an angry elf in a new Christmas Comedy, Fred Claus, a film about Santas loser brother finds Luda alongside Hollywood funny man Vince Vaughn (who plays Fred). Vaughns character is said to return to the North Pole and almost ruins Christmas, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

R. Kelly cant seem to stay out of trouble. The Step in the Name of Love singer allegedly Stepped in the name of beef- all over former mentor and friend Henry Love Vaughn. Vaughn alleges that he helped Kelly write Step and has not received any royalties from the 2003 hit. Vaughn also says Kelly and others dragged him into the singers basement on Feb. 19 and that "Kelly repeatedly struck [Vaughn] about the face and body with his fists," the Chicago Sun Times reported. Allan Mayer, Kellys spokesperson denies the allegations.
