Mitchy Slick is grinding. The West Coast vet is prepping the release of his solo LP, Urban Survival Syndrome. That album will hit stores September 12, and is a testament to his mission.
"At this point I’m consistently working hard to take my career to the next level, while representing the West Coast to the fullest. The work don’t stop and I won’t quit," he said via statement.
Slick will also hit the booth with The Strong Arm Steady, which recently hooked up with Blacksmith Records, Talib Kweli's label.
Expect to hear that album in 2007.
Mitchy is also currently prepping a slew of mix tapes, which may hit the streets in the near future. He will work with producers such as DJ Green Lantern, Kay Slay, DJ Skee and more.
