Masta Killah is a well-known to all Wu Tang fans. The long-time Wu partner released his first album, No Said Date about a year ago. Gearing up for his second effort, the emcee has enlisted help from Wu members and other notable artists. His second LP, Made in Brooklyn is said to have a similar formula as his debut, which garnered praise from critics and fans. Expect to hear verses from each and every Wu group member. Behind the boards MK has enlisted the help of Pete Rock, MF Doom and more.
DJ Kay Slay and DJ Greg Street are also in the lab, putting together The Champions-North Meets South. The disc will showcase talent from the two regions. The album will feature exclusive tracks from Paul Wall, Lloyd Banks, Fat Joe, Mike Jones, Busta Rhymes, David Banner, B.G., Shaquille O'neal, Dipset and more. Shaq is on the first single Can't Stop the Reign. Champions will be released on Koch Records and should see store shelves by the end of August.
