The Cocoa Brovaz came through the Bay Area the last week to help celebrate long time Hip Hop DJ Kevvy Kev's 17th anniversary on radio airwaves. Prior to the Cocoa Brovas hitting the stage they announced that they have won back the right to use their initial name Smiff and Wesson. At first the Cocoa Brovas ran into problems with the gun producer when they started to blow up with that name. Nevertheless that's a thing of the past. The only trouble they may run into is with newcomers to the Hip Hop game who never knew the Cocoa Brovaz had another name.
