Snoop Dogg’s thirteenth album, Bush debuted at #14 on the Billboard 200 this week with a little more than 27,000 albums sold in its first week. Continuing to hold strong this week is the soundtrack to Furious 7, the James Wan-directed film which features Atlanta rapper Ludacris, crooner Tyrese and Vin Diesel. Following his debut at #4 last week with his newly-released Special Effects album, Kansas City wordsmith Tech N9ne has dropped to #20.
Snoop Dogg Debuts At #14 With “Bush”
Serving as his first album since 2013’s Reincarnated, Snoop Dogg’s Bush was unable to break into the Top 10 on the Billboard 200, but did manage to move over 27,000 units and obtain a streaming count just short of 3 million. In a HipHopDX review published last week, Bush, which was produced by Pharrell Williams, was described as an album that “channels the 70s party sounds of Snoop Dogg and Pharrell’s youth.”
“Furious 7” Remains In The Top 10
With appearances from a who’s who of artists including Wiz Khalifa, T.I., Young Thug, Iggy Azalea, and Future, the soundtrack to Furious 7 dropped out of the Top 5 last week, but jumped back into Top 5 positioning with the release of this week’s Billboard 200. With a little less than 10,000 albums sold this week, the album clenched the #5 spot.

Why is Yelawolfs numbers not on here he sold more than J Cole this week and his album is a classic
No red neck , peckerwood, white boys this week…that’s why!
Is this website about dead? I remember the comment sections used to be huge when they reported album sales in a normal fashion.
The whole industry is dying along with this website
It’s because they use this stupid format of reporting the numbers, all this streaming meets physical sales bullshit and then fail to report TOTAL ALBUM SALES, it’s ridiculous
the comment were full because there was one guy commenting 20-50 times.
and the stupid format is the exact result of morons like you who just wanna talk about sales but don’t create a sale by buying music. ain’t nobody gonna cater to a bunch of MOOCHERS
It’s 2015, popularity peaked around 02-03. Hip hop became so big and so pop that it can’t even maneuver anymore like what happens to certain corporations after they kill the competition and become stagnant. Microsoft a few years ago when they were getting killed on every front by Mac is an example. Or in entertainment the WWE (WWF).
@sam….they don’t care about that lol….they just want numbers so they can brag like that success is their own. don’t you see they’re not even considering going to these albums’ streaming sites and talking about the MUSIC with their peers, they just want numbers?
why dont they show the total album sales anymore for example im curious at what number kendrick is atm…
then go subscribe to bilboard and get your numbers. you’re not an industry exec, you don’t need numbers and you fans don’t buy music so this is the result of your support. go to where their streaming the albums and comment
Why luda numbers aren’t on here, his album wasn’t that bad and was a very solid one at that.
The day isnt far when youtube views are gonna be included and counted as sales.
