Jay Z & Beyoncé Buy $2.6 Million House In New Orleans

Earlier this month both Jay Z and Beyonce were listed on Billboard’s Top Money-Makers List with estimated annual revenues of $22 million and $19.6 million respectively. Less than a week later the couple has reportedly put some of that money towards a new real estate purchase in New Orleans.

According to ET Online Hov and Beyonce put up $2.6 million for a more than 13,000 square-foot home in New Orleans. The property was formerly a Presbyterian church built in the first quarter of the 20th century and also houses three 1,000 square-foot apartments, according to ET Online, who cites real estate platform Zillow as the source for the details. The couple’s new spot also has 26-foot ceilings and a three-story master suite that has 22 rooms of its own.
