Young Money songstress Christina Milian has released the video for her first single “Rebel” off her upcoming EP.

She premiered the sultry visual via Entertainment Tonight and shared some insight on the song and her muse.

“This song for me is passion driven and its about my real life and I think that’s what the fans want,” she says. “There’s nothing better than that feeling of that new chemistry, you’re so into someone you really can care less what anybody else thinks.”

When asked if the song is about her rumored boyfriend, Lil Wayne, Milian confirms.

“It’s safe to say it is about the man in my life, yes,” she says with a grin.

Within the song, Milian sings “I’m a rebel for you,” which she says comes from being “inspired by the relationship” she’s currently in.

“It’s like that careless, hopeless romantic love, like ‘I will do anything for you,'” Milian says of her bond with Wayne.

Milian also mentions during the three-minute interview that the couple is “very happy” and that Wayne is set to appear on a track called “Do It” on her upcoming five-song EP.
