Chris Brown has settled his assault case stemming from an alleged attack during a basketball game last February, according to TMZ.

The publication reports that in his lawsuit, Malcolm Ausbon claimed that Brown and three members of his entourage assaulted him during a basketball game at a 24-Hour Fitness in Los Angeles last year.

Ausbon later sued Brown, the unidentified members of his entourage and the respective 24-Hour Fitness for unspecified damages, claiming he was the victim of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. Following the alleged assault, Ausbon was reportedly rushed to the emergency room having sustained injuries to his face, neck, head, back, ribs and legs.

Although the exact amount has not been revealed due to the terms of settlement, TMZ cites sources connected to Brown as describing the compensation as a “nuisance payment” and no more than four figures.
