A$AP Rocky faces legal troubles in Philadelphia no more as he and the defendant have settled out of court, according to XXL.
While the terms of their agreement have been kept private, the A$AP Mob leader will no longer have to answer to accusations of allegedly assaulting Lisa Wade during 2013’s “Made In America” festival. The original complaint accused the Harlem native of slapping her across the face after she grabbed his shirt while maneuvering through a crowd. Rocky claimed that a pack of fans “aggressively moved towards” him and he acted in self-defense. Wade subsequently filed a criminal complaint through the District Attorney’s Office.
Criminal charges were dropped by police months later, however Wade would follow up by suing Rocky, the rest of the A$AP Mob, Live Nation Entertainment, Roc Nation, John Doe security employers and employees who worked the event and event organizers and subcontractors of Made In America.

This isn’t the only time A$AP Rocky has been accused of assault. In 2012 he was accused of assaulting two photographers, along with other members of his crew after he noticed them capturing an altercation he was having with another group of people.
