More than a decade after their short-lived beef in 2004, 50 Cent and Joe Budden just got into a spat on Twitter.
After a promotional trailer for 50 Cent’s Starz drama Powermade a play on words at the expense of Fox’s Empire, Joe Budden jokingly call the tactic “petty.” 50 Cent shot back quickly, calling the Slaughterhouse rapper a “bitch” before they settled the misunderstanding thanks to an apology from the G-Unit founder.

Back in 2004 Budden made a vague reference to G-Unit on a DJ Clue tape song called “Cross Country (Freestyle).” The line, which was apparently inocuous according to Joey, sparked a small beef with G-Unit and earned him a diss record from Game. While he returned the favor with a track called “Game Over” the dispute mostly fizzed out after that.
