During an interview with Vlad TV, radio personality Charlamagne Da God was asked to share his thoughts on Iggy Azalea’s alleged boyfriend, Nick Young going back-and-forth with an ESPN analysis over claims that Iggy killed Hip Hop.

While addressing the back-and-forth, Charlamagne suggested that both Iggy and Young learn to ignore certain remarks. And in regards to the Australian musician quitting social media and handing her accounts over to her management, The Breakfast Club personality revealed that regardless of Iggy’s presence on social media, the opinions will always be there.

“That’s wack because yo, you gotta ignore certain shit. I would hate to be at Nick Young and Iggy Azalea’s house while they got their computer open,” Charlamagne said. “They probably go through every tweet, every Instagram comment. And they probably just spend hours upon hours upon hours discussing why people are talking about them. You can’t react to everything. I saw Iggy, she said that her management now runs her Instagram. And she’s staying off of social media. Like Iggy, who gives a flying fuck? People are going to always have an opinion about you. That’s just the way the game goes.”

Prior to speaking on Iggy and Young, Charlamagne was asked about Steve Francis getting his chain snatched in Houston, Texas, and James Prince later retrieving the former NBA star’s chain. In regards to Prince retrieving the chain, Charlamagne dubbed the Rap-a-Lot Records CEO “the metal detector of Houston.”

“If you in Houston and you get your chain snatched, who else to call but Mr. James Prince? I bet you James Prince could open up a jewelry store with all the chains he’s gotten back in Houston,” he said. “James Prince is the metal detector of Houston. You lose your chain, you go get J. Prince. J. Prince will find your chain amidst all the goons. Okay? He’s like a metal detector…The reason I say Steve Francis deserved that though is cause—First of all, I need to know what Steve Francis has done in his life that has accelerated his aging process. Steve Francis looks terrible.”
