Tyga stopped by Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club yesterday (February 16) to discuss a wide range of topics, including his ongoing feud with Drake.

He spent most of the interview clearing the air and dispelling rumors that have run rampant onTMZ and other celebrity gossip sites.

“I’m not the type of person to really talk about my personal life. That’s just not really who I am,” Tyga told the morning show hosts before answering questions about who he’s dating.

I’m not dating Kylie [Jenner],” he added. “I just want to get that out the way. I want to be clear with everybody that I  didn’t leave my family to be with Kylie. That’s ridiculous. Me and Chyna, we broke up almost close to a year now. We decided to split to raise an emotionally stable kid. I didn’t leave nobody to be with anybody. It just wasn’t working.”

Tyga also explained that TMZ “didn’t really care” about him, until they figured out he lived next door to Kim and Kanye.

“In Black culture, it’s different if you hang around somebody,” he says. “You smashing ’em, but White culture is different. They really are friends. It’s different. It’s genuine. It’s like we really friends. I respect her moms. I know her whole family…I’m not holding her hands or kissing her. I’m raising my son.”

He went on to mention that Kylie’s a “good person” and that “her energy is good.”

In regards to his dispute with Cash Money and Drake, Tyga made it clear that he would never say anything bad about Wayne and that his situation wasn’t Wayne’s fault.

“I sold over ten, eleven million singles with them,” he says. “I have all of these singles that go gold with no radio push, no nothing…I don’t really know who to point the fingers at. I talked to Baby. I was supposed to be out my deal last month.”

As for calling Drake a “bitch” via Twitter over the weekend, Tyga says “Sometimes, you have a light-skinned moment.”

“If it’s real, it’s real,” he says. “If it’s not, it’s not. I just don’t fuck with him as a person because of the experiences that I’ve had with him personally. I’m not going against who he is as a person to the public or his music. Like I said, his music is great and it’s undeniable. It’s his moment.

“It’s not really just a beef,” he continues. “It’s just personal experiences that I’ve had with him. Phone calls and stuff like that. I feel like he’s a nice guy on the outside, but he’s not genuine and he plays people left and right. That’s just my opinion. At the end of the day, that’s how I felt when I did that interview.”
