The latest Hip Hop and R&B singles chart has a new #1 with the rise of Rihanna, Kanye West, and Paul McCartney’sFourFiveSeconds” track up to the top spot. Nicki Minaj also has a new Top 10 hit that features Lil Wayne and Drake again after the success of “Only” already kept the trio in the Top 10 for months. Meanwhile, Flo Rida and Sage the Gemini quietly broke the Gold certification milestone with another 54,707 singles sold last week.

Lower down the list, Usher and Juicy J dropped from #1 to #4, The Weeknd fell to #5, and Beyonce held on to her spot with “7/11.”

Rihanna, Kanye West, & Paul McCartney Clinch #1

After debuting at #4 last week, Rihanna’s huge Kanye West and Paul McCartney-featuring “FourFiveSeconds” single is at the #1 spot. Last week, “FourFiveSeconds” debuted at #4 with just over 53,000 singles sold. This week, “FourFiveSeconds” saw a 160% sales increase and sold another 137,798 units in the process. The latest sales figures bring the total for “FourFiveSeconds” nearly to the 200,000 milestone in just the second week of availability.

Nicki Minaj, Drake, & Lil Wayne Have Another Top 10 Hit

After a long-running and still successful Top 10 hit in “Only,” Nicki Minaj is back with another that also features Lil Wayne and Drake in “Truffle Butter.” “Truffle Butter” also debuted on the charts last week and climbed 11 spots to #2 this past sales period. Besting the percentage increase of “FourFiveSeconds,” “Truffle Butter” sold 71,635 last week alone, enough to break past the hundred grand marker at 106,091.

Flo Rida Breaks Gold With “GDFR”

Still jumping up and down the Top 10, Flo Rida’s Sage the Gemini’s featuring “GDFR” single is back in the Top 3 after falling to #6 last week. “GDFR” has been on the charts for just under four months and managed to sell another 54,707 singles last week. The total count for the track is now officially upwards of half-a-million, enough to be certified Gold. Despite its long run on the charts, the track is back on the climb with a 9% sales increase over the last two weeks.
