The long-delayed, collaborative album between Wu-Tang Clan lyricist Ghostface Killah and masked-musician DOOM may soon see the light of day. Ghostface revealed the news during a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything), which took place over the weekend.

One Reddit user asked, “is DOOMSTARKS ever coming?” The rapper then replied with, “Yes its coming out 2015.” No other details about the release of the project were revealed during the AMA.

The release of the tentatively-titled DOOMStarks album has been delayed for several years now for unknown reasons.

In 2011, Devin Horwitz of Brooklyn, New York-based label Nature Sounds spoke with XXLMag.com about the pending release of the collaborative album between DOOM and Ghostface.

“The guys regrouped just this year and really started fine tuning and really trying to hone it in to make this thing a reality,” Horwitz said. “I think just recently it really clicked for both of them what this project could be and how important it was really for the fans.”

That same year, the duo released “Victory Laps,” a record assumed to be a single from DOOMStarks.
