Funkmaster Flex and author Karen Hunter are partnering to write a book about The Notorious B.I.G. for publisher Simon & Schuster, according to HotNewHipHop.
The site says that the book discusses how Biggie’s “Who Shot Ya” song was originally intended to appear on a Mary J. Blige album. Biggie and Keith Murray recorded verses for the song, and LL Cool J was slated to, as well.
The radio personality also says that he introduced Biggie to Nas.
