Benzino, former co-owner of The Source magazine, addressed his past feuds in a newly-released interview with Vlad TV. Among Benzino’s most notorious feuds was his beef with Detroit rapper Eminem.

According to the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star, his beef with Em was “blown out of proportion” and is a part of his life that’s now behind him. Benzino later revealed that he’d love to one day have a conversation with Eminem.

“The whole Eminem beef was blown out of proportion,” Benzino said. “As far as I’m concerned people go at it all the time, but ours was just blown out of proportion. And I’m sure people can understand why. But that’s behind me now. And I told him if I ever seen him I would love to get into a conversation with him, with Marshall. I would love to have some type of conversation. No matter what. What we went through is always gonna be history. Always. He’s an incredible lyricist. There’s no question about it.”

Another feud Benzino addressed during his interview was one with former XXL magazine editor-in-chief, Elliot Wilson. According to the New York Times, Wilson referred to Benzino as being “way outta your league” in a XXL magazine editorial written in response to a degrading cartoon The Source published of Wilson.

Benzino says that he immediately went to XXL’s offices to confront Wilson about the matter.

“I went up to the offices and seen dude,” he said. “And dude apologized immediately. I don’t want to tell you what took place. Cause it ain’t about incrimination. But I went up there and he actually apologized in front of the whole staff. Had him apologize in front of the whole staff. So, handled that fast. That was fast. That was just—Matter of fact, I walked over to they office…I walked over there. You know what I’m saying? Got on that immediately. See, cause a lot of times Vlad and you can take heed to this. Bloggers out there can be real—You got a lot of bloggers out there that are going through personal stuff, so I think sometimes they’re not biased. I mean, they’re not unbiased, so sometimes they take it personally.”
