This coming Tuesday (September 9) 50 Cent, among other celebrities, will head to Nashville, Tennessee in an attempt to fight the city’s hunger at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee’s special volunteer produce packing event.

According to The Tennessean, the event will assist in kicking off September’s Hunger Action Month and hopes to create community conversation in support of those in need. 50 and others will help pack apples and carrots for the food bank and hope their presence will bring more people into helping the cause in other areas.

The first-ever ever has been organized in conjunction with Feeding America Entertainment Council and the packed produce is slated to be distributed to agencies throughout Nashville.
