Floyd Mayweather Responds To 50 Cent Mocking His Reading

Mayweather posts an image of a check and says he was able to read the amount on it.

Floyd Mayweather has responded to comments made by 50 Cent regarding his literacy. As reported yesterday (August 22), 50 Cent challenged Mayweather to read a page out of Cat In The Hat, a children's book. New York radio station Power 105.1 then leaked audio of Mayweather struggling to read a radio drop. Now, Mayweather, whose nickname is Money, has responded to the mocking with images of checks.

"Read this $72,276,000.00," he says in a Twitter post. "God bless."

50 Cent posted the following caption to spark this recent exchange regarding literacy.

"Floyd will you except my ALS/ESL CHALLENGE: I will donate $750k to a charity of your choice, If you can read a full page out of a Harry Potter book out loud without starting and stopping or fucking up. lmao."
