Fresh off his battle at Saturday’s (July 12) “Total Slaughter” event with Murda Mook, Loaded Lux spoke with ThatShitIsHotSunLive!, saying that the matchup was a “classic” and that he tips his hat off to his opponent.

“Yo, man. [I] gotta shout-out Murda Mook,” Loaded Lux says. “He did that. He really put that thing together well. It was a fight, you know what I’m saying? For me, every new stage takes some getting used to, so to speak. Difficulty in the fight, but for the most part I’m just loving how it went down between us, man. It’s classic. It’s legendary. Two legends coming at one another and [Murda Mook] came in there with it. I gotta tip my hat to him. Angles and everything, he did that right. Shout-out to Harlem.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Loaded Lux discusses being a pioneer in Battle Rap and also comments on the growth of the industry over the years.
