50 Cent Recalls Beyonce Confronting Him Over Alleged Jay Z Beef

50 Cent says he was already aware of the energy between T.I. and Floyd Mayweather prior to their fight.

While appearing on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club over the weekend, Queens rapper 50 Cent recalled a rare encounter with Houston songstress Beyoncé. According to JustJared.com, 50 says he was approached by Beyoncé at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas over what the singer believed was a feud between 50 and Jay Z.

50 Cent revealed that Beyoncé went so far as to jump off of a ledge in the club to approach him about the perceived feud.

“One time [Beyoncé] jumped off of a ledge and came running over cause she thought me and Jay had issues,” 50 Cent said. “And I’m like, ‘What the f-ck? Did she really just jump and run up on me like that?’ We was at the Cosmopolitan. She jumped out and was like this, ‘What?! That Bonnie and Clyde forreal! You try this or what, boy?! I’m here!’ She bugged out at me. I looked and Jay starts laughing. He’s like, ‘Yo, you know what it is.’ I said, ‘Oh sh-t! What the f-ck y’all got going on, man?’ Bey jumped down off of that joint like, ‘What?! Wassup?!’ Matter of fact, Floyd [Mayweather] was there. We were in the Cosmopolitan in Vegas and I was bringing him to say wassup to Jay because Jay don’t really like him.”

The G-Unit helmsman later spoke on the recent physical altercation between Atlanta rapper T.I. and Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas, which was captured on amateur video. He says that from his observations of Floyd, T.I., and T.I. wife’s Tiny, he knew there was a negative energy between the two entertainers.

“I already knew they kinda had that energy towards [each other] with Tiny going already,” he said. “So, Tip kinda was feeling like it was something going on between them two. And he should have distanced himself from it. Especially if it’s your woman…I’m not sure he quite connected. The fact that he threw it is good enough credit.”

As an artist who has engaged in feuds with a number of his peers, 50 Cent says Eminem is one artist he’ll never have an argument with. 50 even went on to compare the Detroit emcee to his grandparents due to what the rapper has done for his music career.

“I will never have an argument. It don’t even matter,” 50 Cent said. “It’s because he’s the reason—When you doing 23 million records on the Marshall Mathers LP everybody wanna do what you want to do. You know what I’m saying? And he’s saying ‘50’s next. This the next thing. I’m telling you it’s gonna be big.’ And that’s why the support was the way it was. Of course Dre got with it and liked it and wanted to work with it. But if he didn’t get with it it would have still—everything would have still happened. It was one of those things for me like I put him in a category with my grandparents. Cause he helped me do things that I couldn’t do at the moment.”

50 Cent’s interview with The Breakfast Club came days before his headlining performance at Summer Jam yesterday (June 1). During his performance, the rapper reunited onstage with fellow G-Unit members Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, and Young Buck.
