Eminem raises more than $17,000 for the charity, which helps seniors and their families.
Eminem's charitable eBay auction for Detroit, Michigan charity Focus: HOPE, which provides assistance for seniors and their families, has been a fruitful one, according to M Live.
The charitable auction has raised more than $17,000, according to the publication.
The auction includes ticket packages for the Eminem and Rihanna co-headlining The Monster Tour shows in Detroit and limited edition G-Shock watches, the report says.
According to Focus: HOPE's website, this is the company's mission:
"Recognizing the dignity and beauty of every person, we pledge intelligent and practical action to overcome racism, poverty, and injustice. And to build a metropolitan community where all people may live in freedom, harmony, trust and affection. Black and white, yellow, brown and red from Detroit and its suburbs of every economic status, national origin and religious persuasion we join in this covenant."
M Live says Eminem has also donated more than $200,000 to Wolverine Human Services to help children. Wolverine's CEO, Judith Wollack spoke about the rapper's charitable donations. "We're absolutely blown away by the support he's given," she said.
