2 Chainz has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, according to Billboard.
Chainz was reportedly sentenced to an 18-month drug diversion program. A felony drug possession charge was reportedly dropped. The misdemeanor charge is reportedly set to be dropped if the rapper completes the 18-month program.
2 Chainz was arrested in June 2013 in Los Angeles, California when airport officials reportedly found ingredients to make lean in his bags. His arrest at the time came two days after the emcee was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in San Francisco, with conflicting reports coming from the San Francisco Police Department.
In February 2013, 2 Chainz was arrested in Maryland for possession of marijuana. The rapper was acquitted in April.
