Undoubtedly I like your web-site, however you might have to take a appear at the spelling on quite a couple of of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling troubles and I find it extremely troublesome to inform you. Nonetheless I'll surely come back again!

be original and you wont have this problem. 9th broke anyway so what kinda money this fool think he gonna get, lmao

Why you have to say it like that? "Be original and you won't have this problem." True, some producers don't do much more than loop the record, but when you're dealing with cats like 9th who actually chop and rearrange and etc., there's more creativity involved than you seem to give credit to. I wouldn't say he's broke either. He's definitely not Top 40 radio famous, but I'm sure he's got enough to be missed if he's ordered to pay up.

This lawsuit is BS. The beat is a tiny loop of a giant song. 9th knew what he was doing producing this joint, its still hot www.facebook.com/adrenalinetruth

It doesn't matter. Even if it's a nanosecond of a sample. Unless your management can clear that sample quick, then you're going to sued for up to 100% of the royalties. C.R.E.A.M, Dolla Dolla Bill Y'all!! Pharaoh Monch - Simons Say & Jason Nevins - It's Like are classic examples.
