50 Cent has not confirmed the release date for Street King Immortal, but he has discussed new music. During a recent interview with Huffington Post, 50 Cent spoke about the upcoming material. 

50 Cent is prepping the release of a “full body of work in January,” according to Huffington Post. The “full body of work” may or may not be an album and it is set to include original material. The sound of the upcoming project was “inspired in a whole other direction,” 50 Cent reportedly said. 

During the interview, 50 Cent also praised his favorite musicians of the year.

“I’ve really been enjoying Big Sean’s ‘Beware,’ Drake’s ‘Started From The Bottom’ and I’m a Miley Cyrus fan,” he said.

50 also discussed Cyrus’ by addressing artistic decisions.

“You can’t have artists just sitting in a box,” 50 Cent said. “Sometimes you build your own restraints and you prevent yourself from doing the things you truly want to do.”

50 Cent also praised another singer, Ariana Grande, during the interview.  

“I remember hearing Ariana Grande for the first time and thinking, ‘Look at this shit,'” 50 said. “I’ve seen a lot of people create their music right in front of me, and I love hearing their live recordings and then seeing how it changes through different plug-ins and the whole recording process.”
