Chief Keef was ordered to serve a 90-day residential drug treatment program yesterday (November 6), according to dnainfo.com.

The Cook County’s sheriff’s office said that the Chicago rapper failed two drug tests and, after a court appearance yesterday, was being transferred to the Cook County Jail, the report says. Chicago is in Cook County, Illinois.

Chief Keef is set to serve his sentence at the Haymarket Center, as per dnainfo.com.

Chief Keef tweeted yesterday after appearing at the Skokie Courthouse and then posted on Instagram after his sentence was handed down.

The tweet and Instagram post are as follows:

The rapper was stopped May 27 for driving 110 mph in a 55 mph zone. After being pulled over, Keef failed a drug test.

On October 15, Chief Keef was set to serve a 20-day jail sentence due to his May arrest on marijuana charges, according to ABC Chicago

Keef has also had to pay a $531 fine related to this arrest. He was ordered to serve 18 months probation and 60 hours of community service, as per ABC Chicago.
