Kanye West Reveals First Public Picture Of North West, His Child With Kim Kardashian

UPDATE: Kanye West reveals the first image of his daughter, North West.

Kanye West recently spoke about his appreciation for Kim Kardashian and their new child, North West, in an interview on Kris Jenner's talk show, "Kris." The rapper also spoke about criticism he's gotten regarding his relationship with Kardashian.

"I could have people saying, 'This is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer,'" West says of his relationship in an upcoming interview set to air on "Kris." "And I say, 'I don't care. I love this woman.' Or someone could say, 'When the paparazzi surround you, everyone knows you don't like the paparazzi. Why would you be with this person?' And I'm saying, 'I'm being with this person because I love this person and she's worth it to me."

West also speaks about how his grandfather's recent passing continues to influence his decision to remain committed to Kardashian.

"My grandfather just passed and his whole thing was never about money," West said. "It was never about popularity. His whole thing was joy, having joy in his life. [Kim] is my joy. She brought my new joy into the world. There's no paparazzi and there's no blog comment, there's nothing hat's going to take that joy from me."

TMZ reports that Kanye West will reveal an image of his child, North West, on the program. It was previously reported that he and Kardashian were not planning to sell the first public image of their baby to any tabloids
