Producer The Alchemist has had a busy 2013. The longtime Soul Assassins/Mobb Deep affiliate released his second full-length collaboration with Prodigy, Albert Einstein. The Top 200 album followed a group effort, 360 Waves, from March with Planet Asia and others, as Durag Dynasty.

As the Beverly Hills, California native plugs on into 2013, he announced this morning, plans to release a mini-album in conjunction with his SSUR snap-back limited-edition cap release. Al tweeted that the mini-album will contain three songs, though no guests were mentioned.

Last year, Al released several free projects including No Idols with Domo Genesis and Rare Chandeliers with Action Bronson.
