Waka Flocka Flame Claims He's Producing Amanda Bynes' Rap Album
While French Montana and Juicy J are kicking it with Miley Cyrus, Waka Flocka Flame seems to think Amanda Bynes is "all that."
Amanda Bynes may be one step closer to her crush in Drake—by virtue of Waka Flocka Flame. The Brick Squad Monopoly and past Drake Club Paradise tour-mate and "Round Of Applause" collaborator told TMZ.com that he is producing the former Nickelodeon star's debut Rap album.
It is unclear what Waka's exact role will be, though he told the site he's got rappers writing her songs. The Atlanta, Georgia-based rapper does not have any production credits on his three studio albums. He did say that while contracts are pending, but confirmed his involvement.
Asked about the gist of the album he said is called Shots, Waka revealed, "[Amanda Bynes is] keeping her head up from the haters."
Previously, Bynes was part of the ensemble to the Hairspray soundtrack in 2007. The platinum album featured Bynes' vocals on "You Can't Stop The Beat" and "Without Love." She has not previously released any Hip Hop songs.
Last month, Bynes and Rihanna engaged in a brief insult match on Twitter. The 27 year-old Easy A supporting star has built a reputation for salicious interactions with celebrities on social media—especially Drake.
In October of this year, Waka Flocka will release his third solo album, Flockaveli 2. It is not known if Amanda Bynes will guest on the album.
