The Queens, New York emcee-turned-author will now be releasing his second book (as Albert “Prodigy” Johnson) in as many years. Sharing its title with P’s solo debut, H.N.I.C. is the rapper’s first fiction works, with assistance by prolific British Fantasy/Horror author Steven Savile.

The Infamous Books publication will be in stores July 16.

This summer, Prodigy will also release his second album with longtime producer Alchemist, Albert Einstein. Earlier this week, the pair unveiled the album’s single, “Dough Pildin.”
