Big Boi Announces "Shoes For Running" Tour Featuring Killer Mike

Big Boi plans to hit the road with Killer Mike in tow.

Big Boi has announced the dates for his upcoming "Shoes For Running" tour featuring opening act Killer Mike.

The U.S. trek kicks off in Athens, Georgia on April 18th at the Georgia Theater. "We starting it off in my own backyard ... that's right up the street," he told Rolling Stone. "They'll show me love before we get out there in the midst of the world."

Additional stops on the venture include Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chicago, Illinois and Los Angeles, California. The tour concludes at Boston, Massachusetts' Paradise on June 19th.

Big Boi most recently released Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors on December 11th. The album sold 30,000 copies in its first week, placing it at No. 34 on the charts.
