The father of nine-year-old rapper Luie “Lil Poopy” Rivera Jr., who’s linked with Bad Boy Records/Maybach Music Group artist French Montana, has found himself under investigation due to the content featured in several music videos from the young artist.

According to the Associated Press, police in Brocktown, Massachusetts have requested that child welfare officials investigate any possible instances of child abuse or neglect in the home or Rivera and his family.

The music video to Lil Poopy’s “Stay Schemin (Remix)” seems to have been the primary motivator in the investigation against the young rapper’s father. In the video, the fourth grader is seen slapping a woman’s behind and performing on stage with a champagne-wielding French Montana.
