A lot has been made about a potential Outkast reunion. On the other hand, a lot has been made about a potential Outkast feud. Recently, when asked about Andre 3000’s absence from his new album, Big Boi made a statement about how he missed it to be in a commercial for Gillette. Some took this statement to mean that there’s beef between the two Outkast members but now Big Boi is denying those claims on Twitter, saying he was simply being “sarcastic.” In his message about the issue, Big Boi also promised that no more Outkast questions will be answered.

The statement Big is referring to is one he made to The Village Voice this week.

“He could’ve been on any song he wanted to. I gave the motherfucker about five songs, but I guess he was just too busy,” Big Boi shared. “He said he had to do some Gillette shit. No for real. He said he had some contractual obligations.”

Big Boi’s next album, Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors, is scheduled for a release on December 11. It will feature the likes of Ludacris, T.I. and A$AP Rocky. Big didn’t miss the chance to plug his album in dealing with this issue. His next update was about the release.
