Even with his Pilot Talk III and Puff Daddy projects on the horizon, it looks like the recording never stops for Curren$y. Now, in a recent interview with AllHipHop, Spitta reveals a bevy of new projects in the works from him and his Jet Life cohorts.

Curren$y announced that his Jet Life Recordings imprint is preparing to drop a number of new projects, including a compilation project titled Curren$y Presents…New Jet City. He also revealed a host of solo projects from label mates Young Roddy, Trademark Da Skydiver, Fiend and Corner Boy P, as well as a possible duet EP from him and Smoke DZA.

Young Roddy’s got Cantaloop, Trademark Da Skydiver’s got the Flamingo Barnes project, and that’ll probably be out in a couple of weeks,” he said. “Fiend is working on a project that’s untitled at the moment, as is Corner Boy P…Smoke DZA has Rugby Thompson right now, and I think we probably going to do something together. Me and Smoke might have to work one out together, some little short joint.”

He continued, “Other than that, I’ve got New Jet City – that’s more like a compilation, but it’s not because I’ll be on like five records, and maybe Roddy will drive the majority and everybody else will be on it…Jet World Order 2 is Young Roddy and Trademark, that’s they thing. New Jet City is what I’m doing. That’s Curren$y Presents…New Jet City. The way I’m sketching it out in my mind, Roddy will probably drive and take the wheel on that one, like most of it. I’ll do like five, get out the way and let the homie drive.”
