Doctors have declared Usher's 11-year-old stepson brain dead.

TMZ reports that the doctors made the determination after Kyle Glover, the son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster, showed no signs of brain activity since he was admitted to the hospital.

Kyle was struck in the head by a passing jet ski while riding on an inner tube in Atlanta, Georgia's Lake Lanier.

Reports indicate Usher arrived at the hospital last night (July 7). The singer reportedly chartered a plane for Tameka, who was out of town, to be by her son's side.

Russell and Diggy Simmons were among the hundreds offering support to Usher and his family via Twitter:
