Following a recent brawl between Chris Brown and Drake at New York City, New York’s W.i.P nightclub, two women who were injured in the melee have sued the establishment.

According to TMZ, Lucy Pavlovsky and Nadia Beddini claim the fight would not have happened if the club had not been over-serving already intoxicated patrons. The plaintiffs suffered lacerations to their face, head, neck, body and extremities, and claim that the club did not properly train bouncers to handle such situations.

The women named bottle-throwers in the suit, but since the actual culprits are unknown, it lists John Does 1 through 5. They are suing for unspecified damages.
