Clubgoers To Sue Drake & Chris Brown, W.i.P. & Greenhouse Closed Following Brawl
The NYC clubs were shut down after a brawl between Chris Brown and Drake.
In the wake of the brawl at New York City, New York's W.i.P., clubgoers injured in the melee are planning to sue Drake and Chris Brown for creating a dangerous atmosphere.
According to the NY Daily News, Lucy Pavlovsky of Hoboken, New Jersey suffered two cuts on her arm that required 12 stitches. Her lawyer, Javier Solano, explained how he plans to take the artists to court.
“My plan is to sue anybody who threw a bottle, anybody who created that dangerous atmosphere,” said Solano. "It was like a war zone. ... You had guys there 300 pounds, 6-foot-5, throwing these bottles as hard as they can.”
Because of the situation that went down on Thursday night, NYPD has shut down W.i.P. and Greenhouse for various violations that existed prior to the fight. The bottle-throwing prompted the Civil Enforcement Unit to examine those violations, leading to the clubs being closed.
