Brisco Reaches Plea Deal In Teen Assault & Battery Trial

The Poe Boy Entertainment rapper who appeared on "Tha Carter III" and "Port Of Miami" will be taking some anger management classes, but not serving time.

Miami, Florida rapper Brisco has reached a plea agreement, stemming from 2011 charges by an 18 year-old former business associate on assault and battery. The Poe Boy Entertainment artist who has appeared on albums from Lil Wayne Rick Ross and Birdman was released on bond last July. A month earlier, Giovanni Nagy called police after he alleged he was assaulted by the rapper in the parking lot of a North Miami apartment complex.

According to AllHipHop.com, Brisco must enter anger management classes and avoid violent contact with Nagy, the victim.

Brisco's last album was 2010's Revenge.
