Drake is gearing up for the release of his sophomore album Take Care, releasing November 15th, but he’s already let his Young Money boss Lil Wayne hear a few cuts.

Speaking with MTV News, Weezy said that while he hasn’t listened to the whole album, he was impressed by what he heard. “I actually haven’t got a chance to listen to all of it, but I heard a few songs,” he said. “I can tell, you know, I don’t know nothing else out there that can touch it, including my stuff. That kid is on another planet.”

He also praised Drizzy’s ability to rap as if he were having a conversation, be it on a hit song or an album cut. “To me, I call him a conversational artist, meaning he can make a rap or single or hit verse, hit song, out of a regular conversation that you would love to have with any woman or anybody. I think that is his expertise. The songs that I heard, he just capitalized on that like crazy.”
