Kid CuDi is known for putting as much thought into visuals as he does his music. In an interview with ItsBongoBoy.com, the Cleveland, OH native explained his new single release process, which includes accompanying it with a video.

“We really wanted to take our time with our visuals and do something proper as far as our release,” explained Cudi. “Just strategically bring out visuals at the proper time, as opposed to last time, with my first album, where [we were like] ‘This shit just came out months and months before people heard the song.'”

“Now we’re trying to do shit where you get the visual and the song simultaneously, and I find that that’s easier for kids to digest my jams because they get my visual right away.”
