Big Sean Working With Producer Exile For Sophomore Album

Though he recently released his debut album Finally Famous, Big Sean is already at work on the follow-up. Speaking with Daily Tribune, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper explained that he will be recording his sophomore album on a studio bus during his upcoming tour, and already has a beat from producer Exile for the project.

“That’s all I have, though,” said Sean, who hopes to release the project by summer 2012. “So you’ll see it grow from one song to another 12 or 13 — or more. I just want it to be something people can listen to and love, you know? I still want it to be on the radio. I still want it to be in clubs. I want it to be in people’s hearts. I want it to be music people can dream to. I can’t wait to have it out.”

The Detroit, Michigan native will also work on a mixtape while on his fall tour.

    1. steven is this really worthy of a news article?

so this guy got a beat from another guy??? whooo hooo, who fucking cares

      1. yes i do, i got dirty science on vinyl

but exile giving this dude a beat is hardly news worthy, people give and receive beats everyday

    2. Exile….don’t waste your beats on this dude. He’s got nothing to say, and there’s a million producers who’s beats would fit that perfectly. Yours are too deep for this nigga. It’s like gonna be like William Hung having an album produced by Beethoven.

    3. 2012? The song will leak eventually, or by that time the whole theme of the album will have changed. I wouldn’t hold my breath…
