Pill Teams With Motion Family For "The Happiness" Short Film, Discusses "96 Minutes"

The Maybach Music Group rapper tests his acting skills with a handful of projects on the way.

Pill previously revealed that he will make his acting debut in the upcoming film 96 Minutes. Speaking with Good Fella Media, the Maybach Music Group signee explained that working on the film made for a unique experience.

“It was dope. Evan Ross, Brittany Snow, directed by Aimee Lagos... It’s amazing, it’s brilliant, it’s a true story,” Pill said of the film, which debuts in Atlanta, Georgia on July 28th. “It’s a group of people that came together to actually make their dreams visual. Everybody that’s in that family has that prior acting experience.”

Additionally, Pill teamed with Motion Family for a short film titled The Happiness, though details on the project are unknown at the moment. On the musical side of his career, he most recently released his new mixtape The Diagnosis over the weekend.
